"Not Measured"

I have a ProBlem is '' Not Measered" On task managed and i can't click on my startup 

How to Fix It Back to High, Low,Normal, ?

2. Click details 

3. end task explores.exe

4. you restarts PC so it's works correct 100%

it's not REsponsed of Explores.exe and i just End it and restarts and it's work im very funny =]]
